A few words about me
I am an experienced specialist in employing foreigners. Since 2016, I have been assisting with the legalization of residence and employment of foreigners, acting as an authorized representative in immigration and administrative matters. I support both individuals and companies, helping foreigners adapt to their new reality in Poland.
For years, I have worked with businesses, providing comprehensive support to both employers and their foreign employees. I handle residence legalization, employment-related formalities, and the adaptation process in a new environment. My experience allows me to efficiently carry out administrative procedures, ensuring legal and hassle-free functioning of foreigners on the Polish labor market.

What matters do you handle for foreigners and employers?
We provide comprehensive support in legalizing employment and residence for foreigners in Poland. We assist employers with HR processes and formalities related to hiring foreign nationals, and we support individuals with residence matters: applications for temporary residence, permanent residence, and EU long-term resident status. The scope of support is always tailored to the specific situation and documents.
How long does document preparation take and what does the cooperation look like step by step?
We start with a consultation during which we analyze your situation and recommend the best course of action. Next, we prepare a list of required documents, draft the application and attachments, and provide a complete set ready for submission (or help you submit it — depending on the service). The timeline depends on the type of case and the availability of documents on the client’s side, but we make sure the client knows the next steps and requirements from the very beginning.
Are the trainings online and do you provide individual trainings for companies?
Yes — all trainings are conducted online, so participants can join from anywhere in Poland (and from abroad). We offer group trainings for teams (HR/payroll/administration/managers) as well as individual trainings tailored to a company’s specific situation, industry, and real-life cases from practice.
In which languages do you provide trainings and consultations?
Trainings and consultations are conducted in Polish and — when needed — also in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. This facilitates cooperation in companies employing foreign nationals and in cases handled for individual clients.
Do you offer Polish language courses and preparation for the B1/B2 exam?
Yes — we run online Polish language classes for foreigners at B1 and B2 levels. We focus on practical communication and preparation for the certificate exam. The program and class frequency are adjusted to the goal: working in Poland, dealing with official matters, professional development, or the exam.
